Pattern to the People
- Tracy Daves
- Designer Spotlight
- As the Director of Design and Marketing for Shaw Floors on the East Coast for 14 years, Tracy is a time -juggling wife, mom, designer, and chicken lady that travels extensively chatting up designers.
Let’s have a moment of silence for the following outdated looks:
Gone are the days of a wimpy accent listello on your kitchen backsplash and in your owners bath visually breaking up your eye.
Rest in peace boring tiles on the diagonal here, there, or anywhere. We don’t need you in the shower or in the kitchen.
We have been there done that, and we are simply over it.
We can do better. And we are!

Let’s rally, designers, until our voices are heard!

What do we want? PATTERNS!
When do we need it? NOW!
